I recently purchased multiple items - bowls, stone bakers, and executive chef's tools as a house warming gift for my sister, who used to rave about TPC. Food sticks to the griddle even after using a cooking spray. I have asked in the past how to clean it better but I never received a response. I looked at the instructions and warm soapy water is all they suggested as well as no harsh detergents. I cooked bacon and that was okay. Pancakes and eggs stuck to the pan. I'm always careful to wash and thoroughly dry my small paring knife before putting it back into its sharpening holder. This was an item that was on the outlet when you have customers all over the USA and Canada these items for that price sell out quickly. Outlet items have NO Warranty and it was explained when the outlet listed the products if sold out the company is sorry but nothing can be done about it. Reasons that they can get them replaced is just like any other company when an item is gone it is gone.... Read more

I ordered something from a consultant at a vendor event and never received my product. I called her and asked her and all I got was the run around from her. I paid for this product already so I contacted Pampered Chef themselves and got no response. This is the worst customer service. Add comment

Love this product. I got to use it less than 10 times and unfortunately, the ring that holds the tips on cracked. It was then useless. I called Pampered Chef and lo and behold.... They have a new model. Of course the parts are not interchangeable. Surprise.... They can't do anything to help me. Save your money and go to Target because Pampered Chef does not warranty their products like they say... Read more

I received a partial refund for $337.20. I should have received $377.05. $377.05 - $337.20 = $39.85 There were two of the large round pizza stones returned.
