I am an avid customer of Pampered Chef and own many of their items, having attend numerous parties. While baking dinner this evening my favorite stone broke in half in the oven spilling my dinner all over my oven! I called into Pampered Chef, with my first issue ever, only expecting the best. As expensive as Pampered Chef items are, you might expect them to last at least a little while. On only the 3rd time using my Easy Accent Decorator- trying to ice cupcakes for a graduation party- the plastic ring that holds the tip in place began to crack. I bought the supposed "superior" Chopper at a Pampered Chef party (of course, I should have known, I've had problems in the past with quality vs. price), the plastic part cracked in my dishwasher after two and a half months!! Then customer service would not replace the cracked piece. I didn't ask for a new chopper, just to replace what broke!! I spent nearly $40 with shipping. Way too sweet. This gluten free beer bread mix would be a good cake mix. Save your money and don't purchase.

I purchased a Quick-Stir Pitcher for $18.50. Four months later, the pitcher started leaking from the bottom. I contacted the representative and she said that they will replace the product, but I would have to pay for the shipping via FedEx, which would cost me $29...almost double the original cost. I'm so frustrated! I feel pampered chef should stand by their products 100%. I will never purchase anything from PC again! Read more

Do not buy the Professional Cookwear it is suppose to have a lifetime warranty. I replaced 2 skillets no problem. Now 5 years later they have no record of me buying the Cookwear and I am unable to replace the 2 skillets which have everything stick to them. I am not happy. They do not cover their warranty. I do not have the sales receipt from 10 years ago. However they had no problem cashing my checks from the many items I have purchased. ... Read more

Very disappointed in the product. Love the way it works but they break. I have bought 2 for myself & when the second one broke I asked for a replacement. Must have the receipt & only guaranteed for a year. I will never buy any of their products again. Matter of principle. Not a valuable item. Would have been more than worth their while to replace. I bought a food chopper at a show in Rolling Greens, Ocala, Florida ....Kim Shutt was the consultant....I called her phone number with no return call.
