I am hugely unimpressed with the earthenware roasting pot. I bought it and other Pampered Chef merchandise less than a year ago, at one of those parties. I've used it only a few times (it's a real pain to clean) and last night it cracked in a 350 degree oven. I'm not sure I even want to ask for a replacement, as I don't believe the quality is there in the merchandise. I would suggest real caution... Read more

I purchased a stoneware roast pot. I cooked meatloaf last night and the lid broke while in the process of cooking at 375 degrees. I have baked homemade meatloaf in this dish the past two years...not sure what happened. My PC rep no longer lives in the area. I do not have a receipt but would like the lid replaced. I placed an order with a girl from work gave her a check for 80.46,check was cashed by pampered chef dealer,but she told the girl having the party since she did not have a 200.00 party she would not be ordering my stuff. I've had 3 PC shows before and never had a consultant ask me to pay for the food she was preparing. I went to a show last night with intentions of booking and she told me I had to pay for the food. Called Pampered Chef to ask about the metal flaking off my garlic press and was told that because it is older than 3 years, they will not replace it. The consultant indicated that I should be concerned that the metal was flaking off, but that it is only guaranteed for 3 years. If I want to buy a new one that would be great.
