I purchased a Quick-Stir Pitcher for $18.50. Four months later, the pitcher started leaking from the bottom.

I contacted the representative and she said that they will replace the product, but I would have to pay for the shipping via FedEx, which would cost me $29...almost double the original cost. I'm so frustrated!

I feel pampered chef should stand by their products 100%. I will never purchase anything from PC again!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

You're consultant lied to you. Pampered Chef stands behind their products, and will ship your product for free.

They send you the FedEx slip, you do not pay for it.

The quickster has a 1 year guarantee. But has recently been revised, because of this and similar issues that had been reported to us.

Call pampered chef directly. The sonsultant has misinformed.you.

We do stand by our products and they would not charge you for shipping. They dont use fed ex!!

All you need is proof of purchase which they usually have on file, they can look it up by consultant and or your name and address. Good luck...

If you email or call me I can get this item replaced for free and free shipping and hopefully add on an apology gift! That is NOT pampered chef's policy for defective items.

I am so sorry for your negative experience. That is reflecting on what is probably a new or otherwise lazy consultant without the true information!!

Molly is right. That is not their policy. They will replace for free when an item is defective.
