I am getting black flecks from the bottom of this dutch oven. I always have something in it before heating up. Food is not sticking but I'm concerned that these black fleck may be harmful. Is this normal and is it safe to continue to use this item? Any suggestions as what is causing this and what I should be doing different. Not sure why its so important to have 100 words in this box if I can relay what my issue is in less than 100 words... Read more

Pampered Chef should have left excellence alone when they redesigned their can opener. I recently purchased a new one because I was quite pleased with the original can opener, only to find it has been redesigned. (I missed the party and made a purchase based on past quality). On my first use, I cut my finger on an edge from the can. I just used it again and could hardly get the can opener off the can. When I did, I noticed a sharp edge on the... Read more

I attended a pampered chef party for a friend this summer in Ottumwa, Iowa. The consultant was rude and disgusting - using various swear words. She smoked during the presentation. Never washed her hands and made a huge mess! I placed an order. She told me that she forgot her receipt book and wrote my order on scrap paper and could only accept cash - company policy. My order was over $100. I never received my order. And 3 others from the party... Read more

I attended my first show (aka. party) 2 years ago and was skeptical about paying $10 for a spatula, but I was assured that it had a lifetime warranty so I bought it. Figured it would be a good test to see how well their products held up before I bought more. Many of my friends bought the round covered baker for $53 (+shipping) at the same show. Well, 2 years later after only using it a few times, my spatula is split & ruined. There is no... Read more

I am an avid customer of Pampered Chef and own many of their items, having attend numerous parties. While baking dinner this evening my favorite stone broke in half in the oven spilling my dinner all over my oven! I called into Pampered Chef, with my first issue ever, only expecting the best. Much to my surprise, I was told that I was not a customer as the consultant at the parties I attended did not register me correctly into the system!!! ... Read more

As expensive as Pampered Chef items are, you might expect them to last at least a little while. On only the 3rd time using my Easy Accent Decorator- trying to ice cupcakes for a graduation party- the plastic ring that holds the tip in place began to crack. The crack continued to get larger, until I could not use the decorator any more. I thought this was one of the uses for the decorator- icing cupcakes. I noticed how this ring is smaller than... I bought the supposed "superior" Chopper at a Pampered Chef party (of course, I should have known, I've had problems in the past with quality vs. price), the plastic part cracked in my dishwasher after two and a half months!! Then customer service would not replace the cracked piece. I didn't ask for a new chopper, just to replace what broke!! I spent nearly $40 with shipping. I will NEVER buy again, would much rather go to Target or... Read more

Way too sweet. This gluten free beer bread mix would be a good cake mix. Save your money and don't purchase.
