Placed an order 6/27/20. Its now 8/12/20 &;;;;;;;;; I still have not received the items but they charged my bank account. I cant get thru to customer service on the phone, waited on hold for 4 hours and gave up. They wont respond to emails.

I ordered about the same time and was told it would take 7-9 weeks. You will get it, I'm sure.

I haven't received my things yet. The host of the party I participated in was told it looked like her party was in line for shipment.

I placed an order 2 months ago. They took my money, but I have not received anything. Impossible to contact - no email correspondence available, calling on the phone is also impossible: no one answers and voice-mail is full. I have purchased thousands of dollars of items in the past - now I will never purchase again. They are using Covid as an excuse and using customers money! Complained through the Better Business Bureau. Pampered Chef sent an email and supposedly something shipped. First tracking link was invalid. The next day something shipped - it is running late; I do not know if it is a complete order.

Same issue with me and mine is a hostess order exchange from June 9 . Amazon delivers in one day . Maybe they are going out of business .

Package not received and no help getting it

My order was shipped a month ago and I still have not received it. It has had 4 delivery dates all which have come and gone and still no package This stuff is way too expensive to not get it. I have reached out to the consultant and told she would find what could be done to help me and I have not heard back from her! Can not even get in touch with pampered chef to ask them for help either!! I am not a happy costumer and will not be ordering from them again!! I understand with covid things are slower, I placed my order in June and knew it would take longer to ship but once it shipped I didn't realize a month later I still would not have it.

Unhappy customer - long delivery times and can’t get thru to customer servic

Placed an order with PC consultant last week of May 2020. Was not informed of shipping delays at time order was placed. Credit card was charged on 6/1/2020. Did not receive order until around 7/3 Or 7/6 and shipment did not include all of the items I ordered. Still waiting on backordered items and it is now 7/22/2020 with no status update from PC. Tried calling PC and held for over an hour to 2 hours before call was disconnected. Calling again today and still holding after 1 1/2 hours. I wonder if PC would like it if roles were reversed and they shipped out product but waited 7-8 weeks to receive payment. Was invited to another party in July but would not order considering extended delivery time and many items being unavailable. Have tons of PC items Ive ordered over the years but will not be ordering from them again. Worst experience with any company Ive ever ordered from even during COVID-19 pandemic. Extremely poor and seemingly non-existent customer service when calling for support.

Sounds like they're slipping. They used to be pretty decent. I liked the pitch "we don't sell kitchen utensils, we sell kitchen tools".

Funds from credit card

I ordered items from pampered chef but the order is expected to arrive in 8 weeks. WHY did you already take the funds for it out of my account? My account should not be charged until the order actually ships. This is highly unethical Ingrid van Beveren

User's recommendation: I would not order from Pampered Chef again, no warning that the order would take 8 weeks to arrive until I placed my order and paid for the items. I think that is very unfair and highly unethical to us, the customer. I was furious

The customer service rep was very apologetic, polite and professional. He advised me that my order was backordered until end-September. Due to the fact that I am a snowbird and will be leaving my summer residence prior to the items being shipped, he was able to change the delivery address to facilitate receipt. Now, I just need to be patient for a few more weeks.

I participated in an on-lone Pampered Chef party a few months ago. I have still not received my order, which was over $100. Trying to reach customer service is a joke! I get that this whole COVID-19 nightmare has compromised every aspect of daily life but this is ridiculous. Quite frankly, COVID-19 has become an excuse for everyone to not fulfill obligations!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! PC is using COVID as an excuse to have 4 hour hold times on their phone line.

Sat on their chat feature for over 2 hours and still had 96 people ahead of me. Emails are responded to that they cannot help you so call or use chat feature which have RIDICULOUS wait times. Every other company has figured out to keep business going during this pandemic except for PC. Beyond the crazy hold times, orders are delayed 7-8 weeks!!!

They take your money right away but your product does not ship for 2 months---insane right??? After complaining on their FB page, I received a call from a manager in CS. Offered me 1 half price item of the 3 I earned. A multimillion dollar company that finds it appropriate to screw a party host.

Had they been able to answer a call timely (I was on hold for 4 hrs once, chat 2+ hours) my issue could have been resolved a month ago and I would not be in this situation. PC is not a reputable company anymore.

Why does it take so long for Pampered Chef orders to be delivered? Why is that Amazon, Chewy, Walmart (places I've ordered from in the last two weeks) can get my order here in a couple days up to a week, yet PC cannot? Makes me wonder if their products are coming from an Asian country.

I ordered an item about a month ago and have not even received it or know what is going on. I contacted my consultant and she quit and ignored me when I asked about the item. I could get nothing off the website about my order! You are on the phone for so long with no answers and their dumb music over and over. What company acts like this with customer service and is still going? I hope they go down. Good thing I ordered an inexpensive item.

I purchased a 10" frying pan with a set in 2004, even have the receipt. They clearly stated they no longer carry a 10" pan, which complete BS they have TWO different ones on their website. They offered me a lousy $45 credit TOWARDS another purchase with them, not even close to replacement cost. Do not live up to their claims!!!!
