Charged two separate times

I placed an order in August and my acct was charged. Almost a month later I get a text asking me if this is what I ordered. Yes it was. I checked my bank stmt and somehow two different consultants had my order. How does this happen?? Now, waiting on hold forever to get this rectified. Totally ridiculous. I wont order again

I havent ordered from Pampered Chef in 30 years yet $60 was deducted from my checking account by Pampered Chef. Could easily be a mistake in one number being transposed BUT...forget calling customer service! WHAT. A. JOKE!! Called numerous times only to be told by an automated machine that- due to high call volume you are unable to hold for next available agent OR put your number in for a call back. Then they just disconnect you. Filled out paperwork at bank and canceled my debit card. Very angry.

I have received an email starting my order is on back order, with a shipment date after July 24. Will watch for shipping follow up. Also, did receive a call back from my phone call. Right now, I am waiting for the back order shipping date.

I was unable to get a response from Pampered Chef on my warranty claim. I ultimately had to wait for my consultant to try & try & try again to finally get a response from Pampered Chef to help me. Extremely disappointed that I could not get ahold of PC as a customer directly. I called & it literally told me they couldnt accept my call because call volumes were too high. Just sad!

I'm doing a party RIGHT *** NOW for a consultant and she gave me a BAG full of stuff for selling tips, a bingo board and a catalog. Great. My boss doesn't use facebook. My boss ordered the deluxe air fryer and wrote the check out and everything and now they are telling me she cannot get the air fryer unless she hosts a qualifying party. Why is it in the catalog if it isn't available? You can order other stuff but they might be out of stock too. But you don't know if they are out of stock unless you order online and everything is out of stock, so why have a *** catalog?

Broken Pizza Stone

I love Pampered Chef cooking etc. I have a Pizza Round that is from the Family Heritage Collection, I would like for the Stone to be replaced. It is the 15" round pan. I used it as always and it was finally becoming seasoned perfect, then it cracked.

Pampered Chef - Cracked stone
I baked some bread today and my stone cracked in half . So as bread rose it spread further apart. I’ve never had this happen It’s been used about half dozen times or more so I’m disappointed it just cracked in half

Knife sharpener in a storage case

Knife is 3 inch utility paring knife written on the white case had pampered chef. It is a great knife hope you can help. Have purchased many items from your company including 2 sets of pots and pans no complaint really like your products.

There's a notice on the pampered chef site that says delivery may take 7-8 weeks.

Shipment still not received

July 1 I received an email stating a replacement shipment would be shipped within 3 business days. I have not received replacement shipment nor a tracking number for follow up. I am about ready to ask for a refund. Mary Schroeder

Very Dissapointed

I either ordered wrong or the wrong quantity was dhipped. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the company. Also I was very disappointed in the products. I would never order from them again.

COVID has caused shipping problems for many companies around the world. Reach out to your consultant, or call the company. Check the website for shipping updates.

Refund on returned order

First I went online to find a local consultant and entered an order. I never received an acknowledgment that the order had been placed.

I then found someone else that could place my order with as I need the order for a wedding shower.

I received my second order that I thought was the only order and then over a week later received the second order.

I then called customer support and had the best customer service on guidance on how to return the duplicated order. The duplicated order was mailed back on March 2, 2020.

I waited a couple of weeks as I had not received my reimbursement and called around the first part of April and was told that my order had been received back into the warehouse and I would receive my reimbursement within one week.

As of May 4, 2020, Most l have left numerous call back calls with the call center and have not received one back or my reimbursement. I feel I have been more than patient with the COV-19 outbreak, but I really need my money back as soon as possible or a phone call with an update on approximately when I should expect my reimbursement.

No response from company regarding order

This company is awful. Placed an order online and after many many days no information regarding this order can be found. I have called and been placed on hold for endless amounts of time. I have called and left a number to be called back and nothing. I have emailed with no response. I have even contacted a consultant from my area and no response from her. Have I been scammed? My order was a gift for a relative and I cannot find out what is going on. Do NOT purchase from this company.

SAME HERE!!! I ordered 4 scoops on May 18 for my sister's bday, and *2 weeks later* STILL haven't heard anything!

My consultant has been on hold trying to contact them for more than an HOUR.

I wouldn't be so hot if I didn't pay $9 shipping. I mean, for that cost, it should've been priority 2-day mail!!

I ordered from pampered chef on May 5th and not through a consultant. I was wondering when my order was shipping and wasn’t sure if they received my order.

The best way to reach them is through pampered chef on facebook. Apparently since IL was one of the worst hit with COVID, they are operating on a skeleton crew with massive spikes in orders. My order arrived at my door one month to the day I ordered. They will get back to you and let you know what day they are processing orders from.

Due to all the restrictions everywhere but especially in that state, they can only have so many people working in their warehouse and they cannot work fast enough to fulfill them.

I want to order again, but really don’t want to wait 6-7 weeks again. Half the stuff I want to order is not even available to order because it is out of stock.
