I purchased cooling racks for baked goods which rusted within 2 months.After each use, l air-dried for 30 minutes or so, then towel dried.

Representive unwilling to talk. Finally, negotiated replacement, but she made it clear that it was coming out of her own pocket and l would need to pay shipping. Next, a handheld can opener. Cog stripped, not covered because not returned within 30 days or manufacturer defect.

$20 for the relatively few uses is very, very expensive. Mandolin slicer: cheap and flimsy, but alas! Still working.

But I rarely use it because it's easier to just do it myself.Need not read more, this site requires that at least 100 words are in this review.

I am sorry you had a bad experience.Pampered Chef is a reputable company that believes in customer satisfaction!

Here is their "Certificate of Guarantee" as taken from their website:

Returns & Exchanges

The can opener has a 3 year warranty but any product can be returned for up to one year for any reason.After 30 days, you may have to pay for shipping back to company.
