My consultant left after 10 years who loved Pampered Chef. She ran her buisness to agreement. How ever because she does festivals and booths at fairs or bunchs its not the way the lady said she should run it. Agreement says share or sell the way you want your a contractor its your buisness but you up hold the pampered chef name which she has to a T. She has a big customer base and many will not purchase from anyone else to include me. Its sad that this consultant has invest many dollars in festivals to promote pampered chef. I cant and wont buy from a company that dont stand by a employee that promotes the buisness like she does. She helps all to include other consultants and even their customers if needed.

User's recommendation: I have spent thousands and thousands on this product but when you do this to a consultant that bends over backwards to ensure customer is taken care of and promotes the business.

Cracked dish

I absolutely loved this dish, the sad thing is that it did not last long, it was expensive, nothing happened to the dish ; it just cracked, won't buy anymore

Pampered Chef - Dissatisfied
35 years ago I purchased the extra large rubber spatula. I loved it! It was made in the USA, did not stain, clung to bowls beautifully; I just really wanted to get another. I paid over $20 for the latest one and what a piece of junk! Its made in China; the first time I used it- it stained; its hard and doesnt cling- junk. Its the last Pampered Chef I intend to buy!

Broken item

Pampered Chef - Broken item
I have a easy accent decorator and it has broken. The plunger has a piece that has broke off. I use this item all the time. I would like to get it replaced. Outdated check

I was treated well and appreciated the speed and ease of fixing the issue. Good job and thank you. It is however very stupid to have a minimum numer of words for your comments as not everything requires a long drawn out explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Faulty bowl lids and no service

In June 2020 I purchased a set of two 2 cup prep bowls only to find when they arrived that the lids did not fit securely. Since that time I have been trying to get replacements. Each time I write, I receive an email apologizing for error and say they will ship new ones within 5 days. When COVID outbreak occurred there was a very long delay. I get that, but we have been going back and forth since then (it is now 3/17/21)! They keep sending the wrong lids and I am getting nowhere with them. If I ever hear from a friend that they are going to a Pampered Chef party, or going to host, I will absolutely tell them how awful their service is!

User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from this company because if there is something wrong, you will never get it replaced.

Lifetime warranty on a 10" pan that now sticks. They will give me credit for $92 on a pan that is now $145!. Who pays that for a pan? And what good is a lifetime warranty if they just discontinue the line and up the price on the new line? DO NOT BELIEVE THE WARRANTY

Understandable frustration but no explanation on how old the current pan is. No explanation of what the lifetime warranty includes.

No explanation on how much the original price was. Id compare it to a lot of things on the market for example: if you purchase a pan from a brick and mortar store and it came with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and in time it starts to warp, there is a good chance that you will not get a full refund for different reason. For example the warping could be caused by use not defect and because it can not be proven one way or the other, it would fall on the end of the consumer.

Now that same company could do a couple things to try to resolve the issue; either say not covered/not our fault (this being a non-favorable outcome for the consumer thus resulting in a negative review) OR they could let you know that this issue is not a warranty issue but they would give partial credit towards a new one and maybe a few pointers on how to prevent it from happening again(but no guarantee's) while this is a more favorable approach to the issue it still may ruffle a few feathers and have some not-so-satisfied consumers. All-in-all, this review is missing some key information in helping a consumer properly.

Cookie Sheets Not Worth Money

Ive used the cookies sheets a several times and placed them in dishwasher each time. The last time as I took them out of the dishwasher, they were rusted on the inside and a little rusty colored water came off the ends. They also do not slide well into the oven and the same problem removing them. Will not purchase again.

Cookware is Terrible

Pampered Chef Titanium Reinforced Alloy Hard-Anodized Nonstick 10-inch Skillet made in Thailand does weigh heavily, but the non-stick is all peeling off in our food. They don't care because they already have my money, but do not purchase these terrible products.

Problem

My brand new air fryers door randomly pops open during cooking. Happened SIX times on one occasion and once n another when food was done. Checked the rubber seal. For the price of this item, I should not be having any problems like this.

Just sad

My husband passed Oct.3 and my consultant did a fundraiser for me she was like a daughter my family and friends raised close to 1000.00 if not more . I never received a check . My family is upset they say they could have just gave me cash if they knew this would happen . I've asked the girl she said she contacted you and I would have a check in about 10days that was a month ago . Im very saddened and heartbroken that I was taken advantage of
