Rep Lilly Mountain did not help me return a damaged product. Came damaged in shipping. Company customer service said she did not follow company policy. Very disappointing to not have service after the sale.

Pampered Chef - Terrible Product

I recently purchased a chopper from Pampered Chef from a friend's online party and it was a total waste of money (about $30). It falls apart constantly, doesn't chop like it should, and is difficult to clean. After this last use, it is going straight in the garbage. I am hesitant to buy any more products from Pampered Chef. Definitely don't waste your money on the food chopper!

it shattered in pieces when i was using it had to throw food away broken glass in food should not have broken first time i used it will mot buy anything else from then have bought other item not happy with any of your cheap products i had a cheery pitter that didnt work could not get anyone to made good on it couldnt find anyone toexchange it if i dont get any response this tome for this item i am calling bbb9

Pampered Chef - Rust on knife
I purchased a butcher block and one of the knives has gotten rust on it after about 4 months of use. Being that i won this at a tricky tray i was told i M not covered. I spent over 80 bucks to win it and it is crap . Very sad
